The Role: As the Pub and Accommodation Manager Couple, for our venue in Mitchell in QLD location,
As a nature of the business, we will consider applicants only who are couple. This position is not suitable for single applicants.
You will play a critical role in shaping this site into a sought-after location in the region with high standards in every category of service and delivery. Reporting directly to the National Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations. Who we are looking for is a Live in- Management Couple for our hotel /pub to oversee daily operations, manage staff and ensure a high standard of service. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a company with multiple venues.
Our pub in Mitchel QLD offers a unique opportunity to couples who have pub and accommodation management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Able to act as project manager to oversee decoration of the pub and hotel rooms upstairs.
* Manage pub operations and daily activities.
* Build relationships with local sporting clubs and organizations.
* Ensure compliance with RSA, RSG, and licensing regulations.
* Lead and motivate staff, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance.
* Maintain a family-friendly, welcoming environment.
* Manage budgets, inventory, and implement growth strategies
* Work with a supportive leadership team to achieve company goals and foster growth opportunities.
* Manage room sales, housekeeping, OTA`s.
About You:
* RSA, RSG certification, and Licensee certificate (or ability to obtain).
* Proven experience in pub management.
* Proven experience in accommodation management.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
* Passion for community engagement.
* Financial and operational management experience.

This can for 12-month contract depending on your experience and circumstances and renewable for longer based on your success.
We envisage this role is for couples ONLY. Generally, one person would cover the pub management, whilst the other would cover rooms.
