The Position
* Lead by example with high quality and exceptional customer service.
* Comfortable producing high-quality consistent coffees, with speed
* Excellent communication, with great customer service skills.
* Ensuring that the machine is maintained at optimal efficiency.
* Calibrating the grind at regular intervals.
The Person
* Proven Barista experience
* Experience in a fast-paced café style setting
* Both a team player and able to work autonomously
* Outstanding grooming standards and personal presentation
* High standard of work ethics and reliability
