Reporting to the Executive Director, People & Culture, and working in partnership with clinical and operational leaders, you will provide expert strategic advice, shape culture, and lead multidisciplinary programs including peer support, family outreach, fitness, chaplaincy, and psychological services.Your work will directly influence frontline support systems and ensure the organisation is equipped to manage critical risks, improve workforce resilience, and create long-lasting health outcomes for staff and their families.Strategic Leadership with Cultural and System ImpactThis role is central to how NSW Ambulance supports its people—especially in high-risk, high-pressure environments.
