Responsibilities
* Lead and direct a team of maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently.
* Follow schedules and prioritise tasks to ensure timely completion of garden maintenance activities, including planting, hedging, weeding, pruning and fertilising.
* Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to the team to enhance their horticultural skills and safety practices.
* Regularly inspect garden areas to assess their condition, identify improvements needed, and implement corrective actions.
* Interact with clients to understand their preferences, address concerns, and provide updates on maintenance activities.
About You
* Must have Certificate II in Parks & Gardens or Level 2 Playground
* Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
* White Card
* Valid Drivers\' license
* Team player with excellent communication skills
