The Opportunity

We have a one year fixed-term opportunity with possibility of extension or permanency.

In this role, you'll thrive on building authentic connections, engaging confidently with a diverse range of people, and proudly representing our brand with integrity and respect. As a trusted ambassador, you'll identify and attract talent whose skills align with our agency's priorities and whose values reflect our own, fostering meaningful engagement from the very first conversation.

You'll work closely with senior leaders, business partners, and hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business needs, ensuring a seamless process and delivering a positive, professional experience for every candidate.

As a Talent Management Consultant, you will develop and execute innovative talent engagement and sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates. You will identify and engage potential candidates using diverse methods, including LinkedIn, talent databases, networks, and talent pools. Additionally, you will plan and evaluate participation in job fairs and recruitment events to enhance our employer brand and identify top talent. Your role will involve advising hiring managers and recruitment panels on strategies, planning, and compliance requirements, while overseeing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job advertising, application screening, interview coordination, and offer management. Maintaining accurate and updated records for all recruitment processes and transactions will be essential, as will staying informed about industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and sourcing, not just processing hiring requests, including building and managing talent pipelines. You will have proficiency in leveraging sourcing tools, social media platforms, and industry networks for talent engagement. A strong understanding of contemporary HR management, recruitment best practices, and compliance requirements is essential. Your excellent interpersonal and communication skills will compliment your creativity at designing 'out of the box' engagement solutions and enable you to influence stakeholders, engage candidates, and build productive relationships. You will possess strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise work to meet changing demands. Additionally, you will be skilled and comfortable coaching employees and managers in the application of workplace policies and legislation.
