We're looking for a proactive and hands on Equipment and Facilities Manager to take ownership of our assets and residential properties across Western Australia. This is a diverse and impactful role where you'll ensure our equipment is safe, compliant, well maintained, and operating at peak performance while also overseeing company housing and property matters.
What you'll be doing
* Lead end to end maintenance operations, including planning, procurement, asset tracking, budgeting, and supplier management, while driving continuous improvement through smarter systems and digital solutions.
* Oversee residential property operations, partnering with agents, supporting employees with housing matters, and ensuring seamless, cost effective property management.
This opportunity will be offered on a permanent full time basis working 76 hours per fortnight.

Section criteria
* A relevant qualification in Front Line Management, Business Administration, or Supply Chain or previous experience in a similar role.
* Demonstrates strong safety leadership by modelling appropriate behaviours and promoting a safe work environment.
* Demonstrates a professional and customer focused approach when engaging with colleagues and clients.
* Sound understanding of accounting principles, with experience using Pronto.
* Highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure while providing flexible support across a broad range of tasks.
* Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
* Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
