The Administration Officer provides a high level of confidential administrative support for the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service. This position is a prime point of contact for internal communication on a daily basis and externally with various departments and agencies.
As an Administration Officer for the Administration Relief Pool, you will be available for temporary placement into various Administration roles across various departments and directorates across all Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service locations.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Effectively communicate with customers and demonstrate understanding, empathy, patience and a positive service focus.
* Exercise judgement when necessary to solve immediate problems in situations where precedents have not been set and procedures not defined.
* Provide high quality confidential administration support to the team.
* Act as a primary point of contact for all incoming and outgoing communication.
Salary rates: $39.98 - $44.46 p.h (part time), $3038.50 - $3379.10 (full time), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) (A03) (Multiple casual positions available) Applications will remain current for 12 months.
