**The Role**:
Are you an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator, with a high level of initiative and experience with social media?
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to contribute to the delivery of the marketing strategy. They are primarily responsible for creating dynamic content for social media and e-marketing activities, as well as promoting key exhibitions and events. The role has a digital and direct marketing focus.
**AS03 Equivalent | Two month contract**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support the Marketing team in the coordination and implementation of marketing campaigns for major exhibitions and events
- Coordinate AGSA's social media channels by creating, planning and scheduling content that maximises engagement and is aligned with brand and tone of voice
- Contribute to the development of social media strategy
- Produce and coordinate content for digital communication channels, website, ecommerce and EDM
- Write, source, and edit copy for high quality print and online promotional materials that is consistent with the brand
- Brief external suppliers, including creative agencies, media planners, copywriters, multimedia producers and venue partners for the delivery of marketing campaign collateral
- Coordinate high quality marketing material for campaigns for exhibitions and events
- Respond to and coordinate daily marketing enquiries
- Manage photography schedule for external and internal events
**About You**:
- Strong knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and marketing practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced workplace
- Experience with social media content creation, scheduling, monitoring and reporting platforms including 2+ years experience in social media, communications or similar
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to write for the digital environment
- Experience using a CRM/eDM database and editing websites with a content management system
- Knowledge and appreciation of web design with an emphasis on user experience across different platforms
- Ability to scope projects, write briefs/project documentation and liaise with external agencies
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Degree qualification in marketing, communications, media or similar
**Desirable but not essential**:
- Experience working in the Galleries, Libraries and Museums sector or the cultural, heritage sector.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar, video editing software
