Business Transformation Project Lead
As a Technical Business Analyst, you will work with a government sector client on high-performing projects.
You will be involved in all aspects of business transformation projects, including requirements analysis, testing activities, and stakeholder engagement.
* Understand and define business requirements, including discovery, documentation, process flows, use cases, test and training plans.
* Evaluate existing business processes and identify opportunities for re-engineering and automation.
* Recommend business strategies for applying new technologies.
Required skills and qualifications:
* Excellent consulting skills and high-level stakeholder management.
* 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst/Systems Analyst or related role in the ICT sector.
* Experience in technical writing/documentation and data analysis & design.
