Job Description
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic culinary professional to join our dynamic kitchen team.
* Produce a consistent high-quality product and standard
* Maintain equipment, utensils, and a clean and hygienic kitchen environment
* Rotate stock, ensuring minimal wastage and optimal inventory management
* Follow directions from senior chefs and work collaboratively as a team member
* Adhere to WHS policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
This is a full-time position working a Sunday to Thursday roster, 4:30am - 12:30pm.
Key Qualifications
* Completed a Certificate III or IV in Cookery qualification recognized in Australia
* Demonstrate the ability to thrive in a large, busy, and fast-paced work environment with efficiency, organization, and attention to detail
* Exhibit strong communication skills, able to follow direction, and work well in a team-oriented environment
* Display a commitment and passion for cooking with a strong focus on food quality and presentation
* Possess full working rights in Australia
