The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Leading and mentoring a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, trauma-informed service delivery;
- Providing clinical supervision and embedding best practice standards across the team;
- Overseeing service compliance, reporting, and quality assurance processes;
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service outcomes;
- Supporting professional development and staff wellbeing within a collaborative, mission-driven setting;

About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related clinical discipline (essential);
- Experience providing domestic and family violence or therapeutic services;
- Proven background in team leadership or clinical supervision;
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed and evidence-based practice;
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
