About the role
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Administration Assistant to support a Strata Manager in a busy strata management office, based in Rockingham. This is a 6-month opportunity suited to someone with strong administration skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.
Key responsibilities
* Providing day-to-day administrative support to a Strata Manager
* Managing inboxes, phone enquiries and resident/owner correspondence
* Preparing and formatting letters, notices, agendas and general documents
* Coordinating maintenance requests, work orders and contractor communications
* Maintaining accurate records, filing and updating internal systems
* Assisting with meeting preparation and follow-up actions (AGMs/EGMs as required)
About you
* Strong administration and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a professional phone manner and clear written skills
* Able to prioritise competing tasks and meet deadline
* A positive, helpful approach and willingness to learn
Desirable (not essential)
* Experience in strata management, real estate, property management or a similar industry
