Are you a detail-oriented problem solver with a passion for data-driven decision-making? We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and play a key role in optimizing processes, analyzing data, and implementing solutions that drive business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document detailed business requirements.
- Analyze data to uncover trends and insights that support strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain business process models to illustrate current and future workflows.
- Propose and design technical and process solutions that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to implement and refine solutions.
- Communicate project updates, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders and executives.
- Prepare functional and technical specifications for reporting and data warehouse projects.
- Assist in drafting quarterly and annual reports, including Board Papers.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades, such as CRM enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing optimization efforts.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in business analysis, data analysis, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to create clear documentation of business processes and technical requirements.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and data visualization is a plus.
- Experience in process improvement and optimization initiatives.
