Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping injured workers return to work by providing expert rehabilitation services.
- Assess and develop return-to-work strategies for injured workers.
- Conduct workplace visits to identify potential barriers to recovery and educate employers on injury prevention.
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based report writing to support clinical opinions.
- Manage complex cases and liaise with treating practitioners and health professionals to support recovery and sustainable return to work.
Requirements
- Professional Accreditation: Current registration with AHPRA or ESSA accreditation is essential.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated background in workplace rehabilitation with the ability to manage cases independently is required.
- Analytical Expertise: Excellent analytical and report writing skills, with a focus on clear, evidence-based clinical justification, are necessary.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal skills for liaising with injured workers, employers, and healthcare providers are essential.
- Self-Motivation: Capable of working autonomously while staying connected to the broader team for support and guidance.
