About The Role:
In this hands on teaching role, you'll
Design and deliver engaging learning programs focusing on the Certificate III in Baking with a strong focus on cakes and patisserie
Deliver engaging and hands-on classes to a diverse group of students.
Assess, provide feedback and support to nurture students to develop their skills.
Collaborate with industry partners to ensure training meets workplace needs
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and OHS requirements
Maintain industry currency through professional networks and industry engagement
We are excited about you because you have:
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE***** or equivalent)
Certificate III in Baking or Patisserie higher qualification
Previous teaching or mentoring experience in a vocational setting
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and food trends across Australia and Internationally
Three years of experience working as a qualified Baker or Pastry Chef
Current Working with Children Check
