Job Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive Business Support Coordinator in Darwin for a part-time 6-month contract. As a key member of the Regulations & Commercial team, you will provide high-level administrative support and liaise effectively across the company.

The ideal candidate will have:

* Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Focused on delivering innovative, forward-thinking solutions that enhance team and business performance.
* Effective communication with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently in writing and verbally.
* Strong interpersonal skills, including the use of diplomacy whilst ensuring achievement of objectives.
* Demonstrated ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Experience in executive support or similar roles, managing complex and competing priorities.
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Power Point, with strong knowledge of document management systems.
* Proven ability to operate effectively in politically sensitive environments and engage with diverse stakeholders.
