A highly experienced and results-driven Operations Manager is sought to lead our team in Adelaide. As the heart of our operation, you will oversee production, packing, and delivery operations, driving day-to-day performance and output at the Camden Park Warehouse.
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic expert in operations and people management to take lead our team in Adelaide. The role entails:
* End-to-End Operational Leadership: Expertly lead production, liaise with couriers for pickup and support staff.
* Drive daily warehouse operations, including inventory flow, packing efficiency, and quality control.
* Performance & Improvement: Use KPIs to analyze performance and drive continuous improvement in labor efficiency and dispatch accuracy.
* High-Volume Planning: Plan and execute successful, high-volume operations for critical events.
* Sundry + Stock Management: Ensure optimal use and maintenance of all equipment and space.
* WHS/Compliance: Maintain a safe, positive, and compliant work environment.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of management experience leading a large team, focused on performance management and building a cohesive, high-achieving culture. They should also possess direct experience in Warehouse or Operations Management, particularly in a demanding, fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
