The Human Resources Advisor plays a pivotal role in providing timely and accurate employment lifecycle advice and services. This position requires collaboration with managers and internal stakeholders to deliver HR advisory support.
Job Summary: The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on all facets of people and culture areas, particularly employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
* A minimum of two years' experience in a similar role is required.
* Excellent communication skills are essential to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* The ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a cross-program team environment is crucial.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Human Resource Information Systems is necessary.
* Experience working in a Not-for-Profit environment is highly desirable.
