Location & Salary
Griffith (and other Local Courts within the Hub) – Full Time, Clerk Grade 1/2
Base salary $75,728 – $82,329 plus superannuation contribution and annual leave loading.
Role Summary
As a Client Service Officer with Court Services you will provide clerical and administrative services to support court operations, including responding to customer enquiries, data entry, records management and delivery of high quality professional services to clients.
What You'll Do
You will liaise effectively with stakeholders and provide high quality support to customers on the counter throughout various courts within the hub, telephone and via email, using computer systems to enter data accurately. You will also:
* Forecast the requirements of the judiciary and other key stakeholders in the courtroom environment to provide a timely and effective response.
* Provide a high level of clerical and administrative support to the court and registry.
* Support the effective execution of improved work practices.
* Adapt quickly to working in different jurisdictions and teams.
What We're Looking For
* Hold a valid Australian Driver's Licence.
* Willing to travel to other locations within the hub, including overnight stays up to a week.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
* Deliver all work in a culturally safe and inclusive environment, utilising cultural knowledge and protocols when engaging with clients and communities.
