About the Job
This is a leadership role that requires overseeing daily operations across multiple venues, ensuring seamless and efficient service delivery. As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead and support team members to deliver exceptional customer service, manage team performance, and handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
You will be responsible for managing cash handling, stock control, rostering, and end-of-shift reporting. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a hospitality environment is essential. You should have flexibility to work late nights, weekends, and public holidays, across both venues.
A current RSA and RCG certification are also necessary requirements for this role. A hands-on approach to challenges, commitment to providing customer service excellence, strong leadership and people management skills, and clear communication skills are highly valued in this position.
