You manage complex practice, build strong clinical partnerships and shape safer, smarter ways of working across the service. Key duties • Lead expert surgical assist across perioperative care • Partner with surgeons, anaesthetists and theatre teams • Drive safe practice and align with policy and standards • Build staff skill through coaching and education • Shape service growth, policy and quality improvement • Liaise with suppliers to support fit-for-purpose equipment About You You are a confident perioperative Nurse Consultant who brings clinical credibility, calm leadership and a genuine drive to improve surgical care.
