Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a sales professional to drive growth in golf carts and utility vehicles across Melbourne.

About this role:

* This is a business development opportunity for a sales leader who can drive growth in our target market.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute a sales strategy across golf customers and commercial accounts.
* Build strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand our presence in Melbourne.
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to close and follow-up.
* Provide product demonstrations and fleet handovers, ensuring customers have a premium experience.
* Offer market insights and competitor feedback to shape sales strategy.
* Collaborate with teams across sales, service, and operations to deliver excellent customer outcomes.
* Represent our brand at industry events, trade shows, and demos.


Requirements:


You will be commercially savvy, self-starting, and results-driven. You know what it takes to sell high-end products and create loyalty in niche markets. You share our values of customer focus, integrity, quality, adaptability, and reliability.

* Proven BDM or sales experience in fleet, automotive, or leisure industries.
* A passion for the game and strong networks in golf, sports, or recreation industries (ideal but not essential).
* A proactive approach - you find opportunities, not just follow them.
* Confidence presenting to decision-makers, professionals, and buyers.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* A clean driver's license and flexibility to travel within Melbourne as required.
