About the role
Chariot Corporation Ltd (ASX: CC9) is a next-generation lithium exploration company with assets across Nigeria and the United States. As we rapidly scale, we’re looking for a Corporate Development Analyst to join our Perth-based team and play a key role in shaping the company’s strategic growth.
This is an opportunity to work side-by-side with senior executives, directly influence M&A, capital markets and strategic partnerships—and build a career with real impact.
What you'll be doing
Drive market and competitor research to identify acquisition targets and strategic opportunities
Build financial models and valuation analyses for investments, JV structures, and transactions
Support due diligence across legal, financial, and operational dimensions
Develop board-ready business cases and executive recommendations
Contribute to deal execution, including contract negotiation and project management
Draft ASX announcements, investor materials, and disclosure documents
Partner with legal and company secretarial teams on compliance and governance
Stay sharp on market trends, regulatory shifts, and risks shaping the global lithium industry
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Engineering, or related field (strong academic results essential)
1–5 years’ experience in corporate development, investment banking, strategy consulting, or resources
Strong financial modelling and Excel skills—comfortable running valuations and scenario analysis
Highly analytical thinker with a structured, commercial mindset
Strong communication skills—clear, concise, and confident in stakeholder settings
Experience in mining, energy, or professional services is highly regarded
Driven, resourceful, and excited by fast-paced, high-growth environments
