### **How you will make contributions that matter:**### **Being a Leading Hand with Saputo:*** Leading and directing product flow during the early shift (4:00 AM – 12:30 PM, Monday to Friday), to then hand over to the PM Shift to ensure continuity of Operations* Planning and organising daily shift operations to meet production targets* Coordinating and delegating tasks across a team of 5 operators* Mentoring and coaching team members to build capability and maintain performance* Liaising with internal departments (e.g., maintenance, quality, logistics) and external stakeholders* Monitoring compliance with QMS policies and procedures* Participating in Food Safety (HACCP) reviews and maintaining high hygiene standards* Enforcing occupational health and safety regulations and promoting a safe work environment* Identifying and resolving operational issues with initiative and problem-solving skills* Upholding team culture and calling out inappropriate behaviour when necessary### ### **About you:*** Forklift license (mandatory)* Team Leader or Leadership experience will be highly regarded* Certificate III in Food Processing or equivalent* Certifications/Tickets as per WCB & NUW Agreement* Passionate about the production of quality products and adherence to OHS and QMS policies* Committed to training and mentoring others* Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, and SharePoint* Excellent communication skills – both oral and written* A strong focus on leading and motivating teams### ### ### **We'll support you with:*** The opportunity to make contributions that matter, whilst being supported by a multinational, values-led company* Learning and development opportunities with the ability to grow in your own wayAll applicants require full Australian working rights at the time of applying.
