About You
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Security Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our security services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our patients, visitors, staff, and contractors.

Key Accountabilities
* Provide comprehensive security services and assistance to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors while protecting the physical assets of the organization.
* Manage rostering and payroll in accordance with best practice and relevant award/s.
* Ensure security provides personal protection to staff confronting aggressive and volatile situations in the provision of front-line health services.
* Prioritize tasks and ensure requests for security and/or emergency assistance are in accordance with Queensland Health, Service, and Facility guidelines, policies, and procedures.
