Key responsibilities

Drive
new business across Ballarat, Melton, Geelong and surrounding areas, focusing on the automotive and industrial sectors.
Build
and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and ongoing growth.
Hit
your sales targets and contribute to team success through consistent, results-driven performance.
Use
your technical know-how of architectural, industrial and protective coatings to offer genuine value and solutions to customers.
Stay
connected with local customers in panel shops, fabrication, and refinishing, while developing new networks in the region.

an eye on the competition and adjust your approach to stay ahead of the game.
Work
closely with supply partners to ensure customers always have what they need, when they need it.

Your skills and experience
Success
in both new business development & account management in a previous sales role.
Possess
strong technical aptitude, particularly related to industrial, architectural or paint & coating systems.
Self-motivation
, flexibility, negotiation skills, collaboration, & exceptional customer relations capabilities.
You will stand out if you have:
Background
in the coatings industry, particularly within automotive, protective, industrial or marine sectors.
Knowledge
of protective coatings, spray equipment or refinishing supplies.
Connections
with local panel shops, refinishers or fabricators in your region.
