Developing your growth within the industry, you will manage all aspects of the catering and food production including supervision of catering staff.

The requirements
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or similar
* Extensive cooking experience in a commercial environment
* Demonstrated experience in the preparation of bulk cooking
* Experience in ordering stock within budget guidelines
* Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with demonstrated interpersonal skills and empathy with older people
* Demonstrated organisational skills and meeting deadlines
* Demonstrated ability to direct and supervise the work of others
* An understanding of and an ability to deal with Work Health and Safety issues
* Ability to work as part of a multi‐disciplined team
* Commitment to workplace equity issues
* Ensure the food service complies with the requirements of the NSW Food Authority
* First aid certificate
Desirable
* Previous experience in the Aged Care Industry and/or related services
