* Develop, submit, and track building permit applications.
* Collaborate with councils, building surveyors, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance.
* Work closely with internal teams to gather all necessary documentation.
* Maintain knowledge of building codes, NCC requirements, and SDA/NDIS regulations.
