Start your career with the support, structure and mentoring you deserve.
Are you a recent or recently graduated Occupational Therapist ready to start making a real impact — but want to do it somewhere that invests in you?
At Rebound Health, we know that your first role sets the tone for your whole career. That’s why we’ve built an environment where you’ll learn, grow and feel genuinely supported every step of the way.
This isn’t a “sink or swim” job. You’ll have structured mentoring, professional development, and the space to explore your professional interests — all while working alongside an experienced, multidisciplinary team who’ll help you reach your potential.
Who we are
Rebound Health is a leading multidisciplinary allied‑health clinic supporting NDIS participants, young adults and adults living with disability, neurological and chronic conditions.
Our difference? We combine clinic‑based, community and telehealth services, so clients can access the care they need, where and how they need it.
You’ll join a friendly, down‑to‑earth team of OTs, Physios, Exercise Physiologists, and Dietitians — all passionate about helping people live life active and reach beyond.
What you’ll love about working with us
- Structured mentoring and support
- Weekly 1:1 mentoring with your Senior OT
- Fortnightly OT‑specific PD and case reviews
- Regular multidisciplinary team meetings and learning sessions
- Career development from day one
- Access to CPD funding and professional growth pathways
- Clear progression opportunities as you gain confidence and experience
- Professional but relaxed environment — we take the work seriously, but not ourselves
- Quarterly team days, social events and an annual retreat (#wineappreciation included!)
- Mix of clinic, community and telehealth work
- Modern clinic spaces with cutting‑edge technology and equipment
- Flexible working arrangements as you grow in your role
Your role as a Graduate OT
- Work 1:1 with clients living with disability, neurological or chronic conditions
- Deliver therapy across clinic, community and home settings
- Develop your clinical reasoning, assessment and intervention skills with support from your mentor
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement client‑centred programs
- Learn best practice NDIS documentation, goal setting and progress reporting
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and families — and celebrate their wins
Who we’re looking for
- You’re a soon‑to‑be or recently graduated OT who:
- Is excited (and maybe a little nervous!) to start your qualified journey
- Has a genuine passion for helping people live with confidence and independence
- Values teamwork, learning and feedback
- Thrives in a supportive, growth‑focused environment
- Holds (or is eligible for) AHPRA registration
- We don’t expect you to know it all — we’ll teach you what you need to know and help you grow into the clinician you want to become.
