We are looking for a self-motivated, highly approachable individual that wants to help our team continue to achieve success.
The Post Settlement Care Officer is responsible for managing and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients after their loan has settled. This includes ensuring post-settlement compliance, creating follow-up tasks, monitoring interest-only and fixed-rate expiries and conducting pricing reviews. As the first point of contact for existing clients, this role plays a key part in delivering ongoing support and service.
You will also be responsible for reception cover in the absence of our Client Service Officer.

* Previous experience in a similar role or industry would be advantageous but not necessary

* Ability to cold call clients
Duties and Responsibilities include:
* Client enquiries and goals discovery
* Ensure files are ready for client appointments with Finance Specialist
* Rate reviews
* Complete Diary Notes
* Post Settlement compliance
* Assist Finance Specialist with preparation of documents
* Identifying opportunities
* Answer telephones
* Manage all ongoing & prospective client communication via phone, e-mail, to ensure clients are always up to date with their reviews
* Communicate with clients via phone and e-mail
* Respond to day to day queries from clients
* Liaise with Banks
* Files are to be accurately scanned and kept in business systems.
* Annual & Triggered Reviews
* Inbound Enquiry management
* Construction Progress Payments
* Ensure all client data is accurately recorded in all business systems.
* Complete any duties allocated by the team
* Ensure all relevant work assigned in accordance with any training is completed on time.
* Maintain client confidentiality
