**The Role**
**_ Part time 0.6-0.8 FTE_**
We are currently seeking to appoint a part time IT Help Desk Technician with prior IT service desk experience, who is seeking the prospect to play a key role supporting the IT needs of a secondary college community, working within a small IT team.
This role reports to the IT Manager and is responsible for a variety of tasks including Level 1 and 2 IT support with all IT Help desk queries related to the operation of IT hardware and software and Multi-Function Devices used in the College as well as assistance with audio visual requirements.
**Experience, Skills and Personal Attributes**
The Helpdesk Technician works in collaboration with a small team to provide a high level of customer service to the College students, staff and parents.
This role will appeal if you enjoy developing relationships and communicating with a wide range of stakeholders and possess a strong client service orientation. This role does involve a high degree of interaction with Years 7 to 12 students in relation to Macbook queries, together with troubleshooting a variety of issues, multi tasking across priorities and facilitating requests from college staff regarding hardware and software/multi function devices.
