Administration Assistant
We are looking for a Part-Time Administration Assistant available for an immediate start.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing reception, including answering and directing all inbound phone calls with a friendly and professional manner.
* Scanning, filing, and maintaining digital and physical records.
* Performing accurate and timely data entry across various systems.
* Uploading documents and maintaining records in the company's database.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a proactive and personable individual with a can-do attitude. You will have:
* Proven experience in an administration, reception, or similar role.
* A bubbly, warm, and engaging personality.
* High proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, Excel is highly desirable.
* Experience using a database with a strong commitment to accuracy and attention to detail.
* The ability to obtain a Working with Vulnerable People check (this is a mandatory requirement for the role).
* A current First Aid certificate is desirable.
* Previous experience working in an industrial industry.
