Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

* Lead Regional Backlog Management Execution and Drive Equipment Delivery and Sales Transfers Ensure Equipment Delivery Quality to Our Customers
* Coach All OM Related teams (Project Management Coordinators, Installation Specialists, Installation Leaders, Quotation and Tender specialists) in keeping them highly motivated to high performance.
* Ensure order entry compliance - implement Project management process to improve backlog management efficiency for customer satisfaction
* Define Equipment sales forecast and drive Operation Plan
* Ensure on time order quality and reliability
* Lead Equipment transfer calls and updates to HQ Drive all Equipment related inventories
* Ensure communication with customer (Internal or External), commercial and functional teams regarding equipment delivery timing and details
* Develop high performing CCS order management team including measurement of performance against organizational objectives for quality, responsiveness, and compliance.
* Build partnership with other operating teams, COE’s and Shared Services, partnering to drive Order Operations excellence and improved customer experience
* Drive continuous improvement on all related processes, documents and tools, to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of CCS order management practices

Required Qualifications

* This role requires advanced experience in the Sales & Client Management Support.
* Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree.
