We are seeking a highly skilled Workshop Maintenance Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing workshop performance, vehicle and equipment maintenance, cost recovery, quality, and compliance.
Job Description:
The Workshop Maintenance Manager will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the workshop. This includes managing daily activities, maintaining staff job results, and promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of proven experience in a workshop management role within Fleet or Retail. They will also possess excellent communication skills, inventory management experience, and a flexible approach to business commitments.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5 years of proven experience in a workshop management role within Fleet or Retail
* Demonstrated ability working within a fast-paced environment
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Inventory management, procurement and stock control history
* Able to build and maintain engaged and productive teams
