Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Maintenance Officer located in Shepparton, VIC. The Mechanical Maintenance Officer will be responsible for conducting routine and corrective maintenance, executing maintenance and repair tasks, and managing equipment maintenance. Assets you would be looking after include diesel pumps and generators, submersible pumps, compressors, blowers, and high lift centrifugal pumps. Effective communication with team members and other departments is essential for success in this role.
Qualifications
* Skills in Equipment Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, and Maintenance & Repair
* Ideal for candidates with Fabrication, Diesel Fitter, or Fitter experience
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in mechanical maintenance
* Experience in water or wastewater management industry is a plus
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving skills
* Commitment to maintaining safety standards
