Customer Service and Sales Representative
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy providing exceptional customer service and have a strong background in sales. As a Customer Service and Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our branch or calling to inquire about our products.
Key responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, processing sales transactions, and supporting the sales team to achieve business objectives. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing inventory, and undertaking other administrative tasks as required.
* Provide prompt and professional assistance to customers visiting the branch.
* Answer incoming sales calls, qualify customer enquiries, and process sales orders.
* Manage smaller transactional quotes and maintain accurate records.
* Assist with general administrative duties, including data entry and maintenance of customer and sales records.
Requirements
* Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles.
* Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, including phone enquiries.
* Ability to qualify leads and escalate enquiries appropriately.
* Familiarity with CRM or sales management systems beneficial.
* Experience with inventory management and stock handling an advantage.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
