**Litigation Graduate Opportunity**
At K2 Law, we are seeking a talented Law Graduate to join our dynamic Litigation team. This exciting role offers hands-on exposure to a diverse range of commercial litigation and dispute resolution matters.
The successful candidate will be actively involved in the full lifecycle of disputes - from strategy formulation and pre-litigation correspondence through to hearings and enforcement. You will gain practical experience across areas including insolvency and bankruptcy, restructuring, debt recovery, and general commercial litigation.
Key responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting memoranda, correspondence, and court documents, as well as assisting in the preparation of affidavits, pleadings, and submissions.
