Support Coordinator
We are seeking a professional to provide recovery support interventions for individuals facing homelessness and domestic violence.
Key Responsibilities:
* To advocate for clients and enhance their quality of life.
* To work with clients to identify and address barriers to recovery, utilizing effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* To develop and implement individualized recovery plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
Requirements:
* A degree in social work, community services or a related field.
* An understanding of diversity and social inclusion principles.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
