Job Summary
The Senior Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in the operations of our organization, overseeing general administrative functions, including procurement, supply and capital, contracts, linen services, customer service, and governance and compliance administration support to management.
This position requires an individual with excellent organizational skills, experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), purchasing software programs (Oracle Supply), and Accounts Payable software. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision, manage time efficiently, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
