Leadership Opportunity in Food and Beverage Management
We are seeking a results-driven Food and Beverage Manager to oversee daily operations and lead the team in delivering exceptional service.
* Manage front-of-house operations, including restaurant and in-room dining service
* Train, schedule, and mentor staff to deliver exceptional guest service
* Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to improve service delivery and boost sales
* Lead event setup and delivery, ensuring operational and service standards are met
* Coordinate closely with events and kitchen teams for seamless event execution
* Manage event staff rosters, delegate tasks, and ensure functions run on time and within service expectations
* Provide support during high-volume event periods, resolving guest queries and last-minute changes
* Maintain compliance with RSA, OH&S, and hotel policies during all events
* Proven experience in food and beverage leadership; hotel or high-volume venue experience highly regarded
* A hands-on leader who thrives in a dynamic environment
* Confident in guiding and developing diverse team members
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Solutions-focused and calm under pressure
* Hold a current RSA certificate
* Availability to work a rotating roster including nights, weekends, and public holidays
