Positions and qualifications
* Cadets & Junior Accountants - 1+ years experience in a reputable accounting firm in Australia - $55k-$70k
* Intermediate Accountant (2-4 years) - $65k-$80k
* Senior Accountants (3-5 years) - $75k-$115k
* Supervisors & Assistant Managers (4-7 years) - $85k-$120k
* Tax & Audit Managers (5-10 years) - $105k-$165k
* Directors & Aspiring Partners (7+ years) - $165k-$240k+ equity
