Our Commodities and Global Markets team brings together market expertise to deliver trusted solutions across a wide range of commodities and financial markets. Within this group, the Central Portfolio Performance and Delivery team oversees change governance and supports the successful delivery of large, cross‐divisional initiatives that are critical to the business and our regulators.
This is a 12 month contract.
What role will you play?
As a Manager in our Portfolio Performance and Delivery team, you will lead the programme management office function for one of our largest regulatory remediation programmes. You will be responsible for guiding strong governance, financial oversight and delivery discipline across a complex portfolio involving business, technology and change teams. Working closely with senior leaders and external partners, your role will ensure clear progress tracking, informed decision‐making and delivery against committed regulatory milestones.
What You Offer
* Proven experience leading programme or project management office activities within large, complex or regulatory‐driven change initiatives
* Strong capability in delivery governance, executive reporting and financial management within a highly regulated environment
* The ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and confidently facilitate governance discussions and decision forums
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to translate complex information into clear, high‐quality materials for senior audiences
* A highly organized, proactive approach, with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast‐paced, delivery‐focused setting.
