We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Scheduler with proven solar planning experience across both tendering and construction phases to support our large-scale solar and BESS projects across Australia and New Zealand.
In this key role, you’ll develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and alignment across all project teams. Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, Procurement, and Construction teams, you’ll keep projects on track while identifying risks early and supporting effective mitigation strategies.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and manage schedules aligned with work breakdown structures and project methodologies.
- Apply solar planning expertise across tendering and construction to build robust, achievable programs.
- Monitor progress and risks, identifying delays early and driving effective mitigation strategies.
- Report clearly on milestones and forecasts for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across AU & NZ to validate inputs, support construction planning, and reflect site realities.
What You’ll Bring
- 3–5 years’ project scheduling experience with expertise in large-scale solar planning for tendering and construction.
- Proficient in scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and project milestone tracking.
- Robust analytical and reporting skills to support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration across remote, cross-functional, and multi-site teams.
- Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, with knowledge of AU/NZ construction markets desirable.
