We have an opportunity for a permanent, full-time Trainer Assessor to join our business on an 8:6 FIFO roster from Perth to Sanjiv Ridge.
Sanjiv Ridge is a high-grade iron ore mine operated by Atlas Iron, located in the Pilbara region of Western Australia, 33km south of Marble Bar.
Reporting to the Alternate Project Manager, you will play a key role in upskilling our production workforce. Your focus will be on delivering safe, effective and engaging training to our operators, while ensuring compliance with both site and industry standards.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Have
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.Minimum 5 years' experience in a production mining open pit environment.Experience with a variety of mobile equipment – Dump Trucks, Dozers, Graders and Excavators – CAT 785 Trucks, D9 & D10 Dozer, 16M Grader, Liebherr 9150 & 9200 motivated and the ability to work independently.Sound computer skills and knowledge of MS Excel.Current WA drivers' licence.High Risk Work Licence.Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
