The role
We're looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor who thrives on leadership, safety, and delivering high-quality outcomes. In this role, you'll oversee daily operations at assigned renewable energy sites, guiding your team to achieve excellence while fostering a strong safety culture.
You'll coordinate with clients and stakeholders, manage critical documentation such as permits and SWMS, and supervise technicians and contractors to ensure projects run smoothly from start to finish. As the nominated Electrical Supervisor for your site, you'll uphold electrical safety standards and compliance with all relevant regulations.
In this role, you'll have the chance to lead by example, drive team performance, and contribute to the success of utility-scale solar and renewable projects, making a real, lasting impact on Australia's clean energy future.
Key Responsibilities
· Building a Zero Harm culture through safe work practices
· Coordinating site activities and documentation
· Supervising technicians and contractors
· Ensuring compliance and reporting
· Managing subcontractors and procurement
· Overseeing technical delivery from start to finish
What we're looking for:
Experience:
· Experience in the role of Site Manager on operational site is highly desirable
· Minimum 2 years in Operations and Maintenance experience of utility scale Solar or renewable projects (or transferrable experience)
Qualifications:
· Electrical Qualification (Diploma/degree in Electrical Engineering/Electronics preferred) or other technical training to be evaluated
· Electrical Licence for the relevant state (preferred)
· LVR/CPR certificate
· First Aid certificate
