About the Role:
As a Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations between customers, the internal sales team, and the company’s global logistics partner, DHL. You’ll handle new customer account set-up, order processing, delivery coordination, and resolve any issues that arise — all while maintaining the highest standards of service and efficiency.This is an ideal position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, global environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage customer account applications in SAPHandle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing prompt and effective supportCoordinate order processing and delivery with DHL, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilmentMonitor stock levels and support supply chain forecastingReconcile inventory, deliveries, and sales reportsManage product returns, complaints, and special requestsMaintain accurate customer and product data, including pricing and discountsCollaborate with internal teams and DHL on accounts receivable and delivery matters
Who We’re Looking For:
Experience in customer service, logistics, or sales coordination roles, ideally within a multinational or fast-paced environmentStrong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skillsAbility to prioritize, multitask, and stay organized under pressureStrong attention to detail and accuracyExperience using SAP or similar systems is highly desirableBackground in shipping, receiving, and inventory managementHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
