Energy Solution Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Energy Solution Manager to lead our efforts in delivering innovative energy solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing asset management solutions for Shell Energy and customer-owned flexible distributed energy resources.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assemble and manage teams of engineers and sub-contractors to deliver assigned projects.
* Ensure project outputs are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high technical and health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) standard.
* Review and provide input into key proposals to ensure they are realistic, achievable, and profitable.
* Ensure compliance with HSSE procedures and mitigate all HSSE risks in accordance with agreed procedures.
* Achieve a high level of client satisfaction through on-time completion and handover to the customer support team.
Requirements:
* Experience leading and managing a team, preferably within the energy, construction, or services industry.
* Advanced project management skills with a minimum five years of experience in solar PV rooftop and ground mount projects, including high voltage projects.
* Experience with HSSE, risk management, and contract management.
* Understanding of energy use and energy markets in Australia.
Desired Qualifications:
* Engineering Degree or Trade qualified A grade electrician.
* CEC accredited for solar design of grid and off-grid systems and install.
* CEC accreditation for Grid-connect Battery Storage design and install.
This is a 12-month contract opportunity based in either our Sydney or Melbourne office. Travel may occasionally be required based on business or project needs.
