Sheetmetal Production Leader
We are seeking an experienced Sheetmetal Production leader to manage a team of 15-20 employees.
* Manage day-to-day shop floor operations to ensure work schedules, safety and quality standards are maintained
* Coordinate scheduling, rostering, timekeeping records and staffing levels for efficient performance
* Remain actively involved in the laser department and fabrication team as required
* Supervise and support apprentices to ensure appropriate training and development
* Develop and deliver required training to staff
* Develop methods and procedures for operating machinery and equipment
* Liaise with production units to coordinate repairs, safety inspections and equipment supply

This role involves managing a busy sheetmetal workshop, ensuring productivity, quality and safety standards are met. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating workflow, supervising staff and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
