Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong exposure to network, infrastructure, and office relocation programs. This role will play a key part in translating business requirements into technical solutions, supporting end-to-end delivery across IT infrastructure, networking, and workplace technology initiatives.
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as a Business Analyst on network and infrastructure projects
Hands-on experience supporting office relocations or workplace technology programs
Strong understanding of:
Network concepts (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, connectivity)
Infrastructure services (servers, cloud, storage, end-user computing)
Telephony, AV, and collaboration tools
Strong documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, NFRs, process maps)
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
