Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong exposure to network, infrastructure, and office relocation programs. This role will play a key part in translating business requirements into technical solutions, supporting end-to-end delivery across IT infrastructure, networking, and workplace technology initiatives.
Skills & Experience Required
* Proven experience as a Business Analyst on network and infrastructure projects
* Hands‐on experience supporting office relocations or workplace technology programs
* Strong understanding of:
o Network concepts (LAN/WAN, Wi‐Fi, firewalls, connectivity)
o Infrastructure services (servers, cloud, storage, end‐user computing)
o Telephony, AV, and collaboration tools
* Strong documentation skills (BRDs, FRDs, NFRs, process maps)
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
* Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
