Job Title: Senior Service Coordinator
About the Role
This position oversees daily operations, ensuring direct support staff provide high-quality services to individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families. The role involves maintaining awareness of legislative requirements, departmental policies, and best practices.
Main Responsibilities
* Implement strategies for continuous service improvement, encouraging teams to identify and address areas for growth.
* Maintain application of relevant laws, policies, and standards in service delivery.
* Develop and implement regular monitoring and review of systems and processes used by support staff.
* Provide coaching and mentoring on performance standards, offering constructive feedback to improve work practices.
* Contribute to and encourage others to participate in support planning for individuals with disabilities.
* Support the governance structure, contributing to quality outcomes through delivery of quality services and continuous improvement.
This position does not have human resource or financial delegations.
